Why can not I work completely in Office 365?
For example when I want to create new documents from One Drive or Excel always opens a new window in the browser and not a new tab in Firework
We created Firework as a convenient wrapper for end links. The behavior you are faced with corresponds to this concept. You can create a document and add a direct link into Firework. But I agree that it is not friendly.
Your question gave us the idea to add the button “Open in a new tab”. We will plan this task and implement this functionality soon. It will resolve your request partly.
P. S. We have been planning to improve Office 365 and G Suite scenarios in Firework for a long time. But it is too hard. :( We will try do it step by step.
CPU 100% on Hyper-V
I've just installed Firework but as i open the app the CPU skyrocket to 100% and the app freeze when i try to add a service.

brain.fm repeatedly pauses music on play

Hi Adam. We fxed this bug in Firework 2.27. You can update your Firework and use Brain.fm without troubles.
We have updated Chrome version at Firework 2.26. Now this problem is completely solved on functionality level, not only browser description.
Gmail "no connection"
Hello! Gmail seems to get stuck randomly. There will be a "no connection" sign on the top, with a "try again" button. Pressing it is pointless. You need to reload the window completely to connect again to you mail. This causes the Gmail to stop sending notifications.
Looks like Google fixed this issue himself. We do not see this behavior at the current time. It was hard but we did it! :)
Account Switch option
Good evening. Just an idea, is it possible to implement an account switch option in Firework. Just an option to add at least 2 accounts and switch between them easily. For example I may use Firework at work (what I do by the way, superb app guys) and I also keep my personal, so called 'Home' account, with my personal apps on it. And so I could switch between both those accounts when I'm home for instance, or use another PC with Firework pre-installed without necessity to either remove or synchronize other's personal info with mine. Hope it makes sence. Hope to hear from you. +5 rate, Firework is an amazing app, really awesome, just keep it going!

Colliding with tool called 'InstantEyeDropper' .
The software is Colliding with tool called 'InstantEyeDropper' . It is a tool to determine the HEX code of color of any element on screen. It resides on system tray and is triggered when clicked.
When i click firework, the eyedropper is ALSO getting triggered. Help.

Back and Forward Buttons should be bined to Button 4 & 5 on the mouse.

Some users may have mice that have two or more extra buttons. Buttons 4 and 5 on other browsers bind to back and forward. It's a minor problem for those of us who use our mouse to navigate pages as currently these buttons do nothing.
Thanks for your idea. Which mouse do you use? Firework supports hotkes Alt + → (Forward) and Alt + ← (Back). Maybe you can set these hotkeys to your mouse buttons in the Settings of your mouse.
Run as a portable app?
We have very heavy security settings on Windows at work. I can't get Firework to install there. It won't run properly from the location it installs to. Is there any way to create a portable app for Firework where everything is self-contained in one folder (app & all data)? I can run apps without issue if there are designated "safe" folders, but since Firework installs in set location, it won't work. I've tried to copy the Firework app folders from %APPDATA% to trick my system to get the app to run, and it does somewhat, but not completely. Most of the time, the task bar icon will disappear, even though the app is running. It loads up, but if I right click the task bar icon to pin it, it just disappears, but I can still see it running in Task Manager.
Hi, Glenn. We cannot to implement selection of install directory soon because from 9 thousand Firework users only 2 users asked for this feature. Maybe in the future we will implement is as an advanced options.
If you can to set any permissions to any folder I suggest to try such workaround – copy Firework folder to "Local data" foder and set full permissions. If this solution makes sense to you just tell me and I will try to investigate for you which steps have to execute.
