Export/backup/sync web applications

Is there a way to export, backup or sync web applications? I explored program data folders, but I couldn't find anything useful.

I'm migrating my pc system to another hardware, so I'll have to re-add all web applications! So boring!

Web Apps magically restored! It was enough logging in using my Google account! I'didn't understand that my apps were synced. Thanks, Startpack!
